2. Account & OAuth

  • You must provide accurate information when signing in via Google OAuth.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • All subscriptions are billed through Apple.

  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple’s billing terms.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

  • We are not responsible for Apple billing errors.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All app content, logos, and designs are our property.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or inactivity. You may also delete your account via the app.

6. Disclaimers

  • The app is provided “as is” without warranties.

  • We do not guarantee specific results from using the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms
